Project: Build a poster for the Plays in the Park 2018 Summer Season
Most of the graphics for this poster were created by editing and combining stock imagery elements from Shutterstock.com. Since Plays in the Park didn’t have a lot of pre-promotion this year, all of the three elements of their season needed to have a a bit of distinct branding. With Park Fest and the 24 Hour Play Festival happening the same day, we decided to use a single graphic and just have two very distinct fonts for the two shows. Tying the poster to existing branding, we reused the two different red and gold textures that have been a part of the last three posters for plays in the park, just in a different configuration.
