About our process.
01 Whether in person, or over the phone - we want to know about your business. We get to know our clients, so that we have a grasp of their branding, current needs, and future plans.
02 We want to know what you like. Send us photographs, screenshots, or links to design that you like. It can be in the same field, or something completely unrelated.
03 We'll send you an early draft of our design for approval. Let us know if it captures the feel of your business. At this step we want to focus of the big picture. Is it capturing the right emotions?
04 We bring you a finished draft. At this point it's time to fine tune. Text edits, photo choices. We work together to make sure your project represents you properly.
The Not-So-Fine Print
01 We exist to serve our clients. At the end of the day, all photos, graphics, and sites we produce belong to you. No need to worry about a designer clinging to the copyright.
02 Our team is based out of Northern California. We work from our homes and meet in coffee shops or over Skype. Need to sit down and chat with us about a project? Shoot us an email.
03 Getting a website from us? The details of our relationship will be spelled out in a contract at the beginning of the process. No fine print. We find that our lives are better when our clients are happy and everyone knows what to expect right from the beginning.
04 Our design is personal. Our shop is small enough that we remember all of our clients. Had us design a business card for you ten years ago? Shoot us a message. We'll remember you.
